Health and wellness is at the forefront of both Misty’s career and lifestyle. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education and Promotion and is a certified health coach and life coach.  Misty has worked closely with hospitals across the Wasatch Front to help educate the aging population on prevalent diseases such as heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s & mental illness.  Misty is a  500-hour RYT through Yoga Alliance.  She is TRX, RealRyder, & ACE certified personal trainer.  Her dedication to personal wellness is the passion behind creating a community to help others heal through the practice of yoga, meditation, & other therapies.  Misty was inspired to open a wellness studio after watching so many individuals struggle with mental illness and addiction.  This was her way to help people on a much deeper level.  She is living her dream and hopes everyone who walks through the doors of Enlighten feel at home and at Peace.

Anne offers energy wellness services to help others discover and align with their soul’s true purpose and live to their highest potential. As a mindful outdoor guide, she leads wanders that reconnect humans with the non-human world.

She is certified in hot Pilates and has passion for training clients of all levels , in core, back, and leg strengthening. Jennifer also has extension training and teaching in gymnastics, dance and cheerleading.

Since her initial study of yoga Lindsey has continued to grow and learn through trainings and further study. She has honed her focus to alignment based vinyasa, studying the effects and benefits of restorative and yin yoga. Working with expecting mothers and postnatal mothers through yoga and meditation. And most importantly working to inspire others through the power of yoga. Lindsey likes to create classes that challenge students to use their bodies, breath and minds to strengthen, focus and ground themselves in the present moment.

 Jenna discovered yoga while living in Alaska during a very dark and cold winter in 2010. She fell in love right away with the physical practice, community, and the way she felt after class. “It was like a full body workout AND a trip to the spa.” It wasn't until many years later that she discovered the 8 limb path of yoga and

 Jenna discovered yoga while living in Alaska during a very dark and cold winter in 2010. She fell in love right away with the physical practice, community, and the way she felt after class. “It was like a full body workout AND a trip to the spa.” It wasn't until many years later that she discovered the 8 limb path of yoga and realized it could be so much more than a physical experience. She realized it could be a way of life that provided inner peace and happiness. Jenna completed her 200-hour RYT in 2018 and also received her Reiki Master that same year. “I felt a powerful energetic shift that year and knew that my purpose and path were in the healing arts.” She enjoys a dedicated meditation practice and has completed a 10 day silent Vipassana course to deepen her connection with herself and the world around us. In 2019 she felt called to combine two things that have impacted her the life the most and got certified in Y12SR, The Yoga of 12 Step Recovery. Her classes are influenced by Anusara, Baptiste, and Forrest yoga styles and they center on self-love, releasing held energy, and finding that sweet stillness that is always available to us when we are present in our lives. She loves to sing and play her song bowls for her students in savasana. She offers Y12SR, Reiki, private yoga, and a warm flow class that ends with yoga nidra and sound healing.

 Bree is a certified health coach and former elementary teacher who moved from the beaches of FL to Park City in 2020. Her love for the mountains and outdoors is what inspired her move out west. She made the most of her fist summer by learning to mountain bike, camping in Southern Utah, and getting her 200-hour yoga teacher certification right here in PC. Her love for yoga developed during her first year as a 1st grade teacher in 2014. It quickly became her favorite way to re-energize and find stillness after a busy day in the classroom. 

As a year teacher, she is excited to inspire others through energizing, fun, and creative yoga classes!

Amber received her first 200 hour training in Hatha Yoga in 2014 in Cincinnati, Ohio - her hometown. She then received her 200 hour Anusara training in 2016 in Park City, Utah, and became a certified Anusara Elements teacher in 2018. She is a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and has attended trainings in Yoga Therapy, Pranayama and Meditation, Yoga for Seniors, Somatic Movement and much more.  Her hope is to share the teachings - and her knowledge - of the yoga practice with others so they can find healing and power within their body, mind, heart and soul. Amber's classes are a mixture of structured postures, gentle and vigorous flows, deep stretches - and of course, fun! - always with a focus on breath and alignment. Her class playlists are sure to get the body moving, heart pumping and mind relaxed by the end of class. My teacher once told me, "yoga is about looking within and loving what's there." I've carried that teaching with me and want my students to find that within themselves.
