Through utilizing the different forms of yoga, from hot power to yin, Ashley believes yoga can offer the opportunity of connecting the mind and body, as a way to express and decompress. As a registered yoga teacher, she aims to help others discover ways to heal and strengthen, in a positive environment. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys being outside doing sports such as, skiing, fly-fishing, and hiking, as well as traveling the world.

Growing up in Utah with all the beauty and accessibility of the Wasatch Mountains at her doorstep allowed Megan to develop a true love for nature, the outdoors and the wonder of exploration. After living the corporate life working with several start up companies in both Park City and the Bay Area Megan was fortunate to have the opportunity to shift gears, focus on her real passion & study to become a certified yoga instructor in 2016.
