When we find breath in the body, we find stillness in the mind. And when we find stillness in the mind, we are able to connect with out highest and truest Self. That connection is the true essence and beauty of yoga.

Through utilizing the different forms of yoga, Ashley believes that yoga and meditation can offer the opportunity of connecting the mind and body, as a way to express and decompress. As a registered yoga teacher, she aims to help others discover ways to heal and strengthen, in a positive environment.

The practice of Anusara Yoga, her teachers, and community has continued to heal her definition of Self, and taught her compassion and respect for her physical body. Her goal is to pass down the lineage of alignment based yoga, guide her students to a deepened awareness of themselves, and most HAVE FUN! In her spare time she loves getting lost in the abundance of Ayurvedic rituals, and exploring this beautiful world with her best friend.

Megan Narajowski

Growing up in Utah with all the beauty and accessibility of the Wasatch Mountains at her doorstep allowed Megan to develop a true love for nature, the outdoors and the wonder of exploration.  After living the corporate life working with several start up companies in both Park City and the Bay Area Megan was fortunate to have the opportunity to shift gears, focus on her real passion & study to become a certified yoga instructor in 2016. Stepping out of her comfort zone and going to a little island off the coast of Nicaragua for a month to study the philosophy of Pattabhi Jois and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It was an incredible, intense and mind opening experience that was challenging physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The trappings of a material life were removed and Megan was allowed to explore what was ultimately important to maintain in her life and what she was able to let go.  All of which she brings to the mat in her teaching practice.

Melissa Allen

Melissa  first tried yoga during her college years at University of Tennessee but truly  “connected”with  the practice in 2008 at locally-owned studio in Kona, Hawaii. A lifelong soccer player and recreational runner, Melissa loved the physical challenges in yoga as well as the mind-body-breath connection. Arriving in Park City in 2009, Melissa found herself newly  divorced and single parenting; definitely searching to satisfy her physical body, but to also quiet her mind.

In  December 2012, Melissa received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance teaching certification in vinyasa flow at Prana in Salt Lake City. Melissa enjoys music and often uses variety to enhance a dynamic, challenging, and creative flowing sequence.
