Ashley Loughran

Originally, from New Hampshire, Ashley brought her yoga practice to Utah in 2017. Inspired by the athletic lifestyle that Park City had to offer, she obtained her 200HR RYT. During her professional career, she found coming to her mat to be an outlet for guidance. Through utilizing the different forms of yoga, Ashley believes that yoga and meditation can offer the opportunity of connecting the mind and body, as a way to express and decompress. As a registered yoga teacher, she aims to help others discover ways to heal and strengthen, in a positive environment.

Ashley Battersby

Ashley was a competitive free skier for 17 years and started practicing yoga in 2005 for breath work technique while being under pressure to preform at an Olympic level of skiing. After 7 major knee surgeries, she used yoga as rehab therapy, as well as intense cross training. After her chapter as a skier, she wanted to give back to the community  what she had learned from her sport. Yoga is all-encompassing of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual being. She wants to aid in helping yogis finding softness at their edge and bringing breath back to the body but still powering through to find strength within. After many years of training with some of the best trainers at the Ski Team, she has learned so much about how to move and keep her body healthy in the sports and hobbies she enjoys.

Emily Podschweit

Anusara Elements Yoga Teacher, Emily, dove into the practice of yoga after her final career ending knee injury in beach volleyball. Her mat became home to her in a dark time of confusion, grief, and fear of where her life was heading next. The practice of Anusara Yoga, her teachers, and community has continued to heal her definition of Self, and taught her compassion and respect for her physical body. Her goal is to pass down the lineage of alignment based yoga, guide her students to a deepened awareness of themselves, and most HAVE FUN! In her spare time she loves getting lost in the abundance of Ayurvedic rituals, and exploring this beautiful world with her best friend.

Amber Lind

Amber received her first 200 hour training in Hatha Yoga in 2014 in Cincinnati, Ohio - her hometown. She then received her 200 hour Anusara training in 2016 in Park City, Utah, and became a certified Anusara Elements teacher in 2018. She is a certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and has attended trainings in Yoga Therapy, Pranayama and Meditation, Yoga for Seniors, Somatic Movement and much more.  Her hope is to share the teachings - and her knowledge - of the yoga practice with others so they can find healing and power within their body, mind, heart and soul. Amber's classes are a mixture of structured postures, gentle and vigorous flows, deep stretches - and of course, fun! - always with a focus on breath and alignment. Her class playlists are sure to get the body moving, heart pumping and mind relaxed by the end of class. My teacher once told me, "yoga is about looking within and loving what's there." I've carried that teaching with me and want my students to find that within themselves.
