Misty Philbrick

Health and wellness is at the forefront of both Misty’s career and lifestyle. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Education and Promotion, Misty has worked closely with hospitals across the Wasatch Front to help educate the aging population on prevalent diseases such as heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s, mental illness, & fall prevention. Misty is a  200-hour RYT through Yoga Alliance as well as TRX, RealRyder, & ACE certified personal trainer.  Her dedication to personal wellness is the passion behind creating a community to help others heal through the practice of yoga, meditation, & other therapies

Tiffany Harrison

Tiffany is an athlete and unique fitness professional with over 15 years experience, a BFA degree in Modern Dance from the University of Utah, & certifications in Yoga, Stand Up Paddle Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, WPA, TRX, and is an ACE certified personal trainer. Tiffany’s diverse background has allowed her to create programs that cater to the specific needs of her clients. Latest project has been creating and certifying instructors all over the globe in the CardioWave program for the GlideFit specializing in stability training. In her spare time she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and is a fitness model.


Ashley Battersby

Ashley was a competitive free skier for 17 years and started practicing yoga in 2005 for breath work technique while being under pressure to perform at an Olympic level of skiing. After 7 major knee surgeries, she used yoga as rehab therapy, as well as intense cross training. After her chapter as a skier, Ashley wanted to give back to the community where she had learned her sport. Yoga is all-encompassing of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual being. She wants to aid in helping others find a softness at their edge and bring breath back to the body while empowering strength from within. 

Shelby Kushma

Shelby has been working with quantum energy healing for over 8 years.  She is trained in Reiki, Channeling, and Theta healing.  She will work with you to identify and release the blocks that are causing difficulty in your life.  

Energetic scanning, channeling (speaking to our higher self, guides, and angels) past life clearing, working with limiting core beliefs.  A one on one session can change your life! 

Merilee Johnson

Massage Therapist

As a life long athlete, Merilee’s interest in the human body, mechanics and kinesiology grew beyond her own sports training. She brings that experience to each client. For 28 years, Merilee has provided unique insight into appropriate massage therapies for clients and sports teams, helping to restore and maintain optimal health and pain free function of their body. From topnotch athletes to luxury resorts. She gets most excited, though, working with the rest of us, who want to feel better, move better and live a little better each and every day. 

Mary Fuschillo

Mary is a Utah based yoga instructor known for her compassion-centered philosophy helping to empower others to stop the criticism and instead seek kindness within their own unique self-expression. During a time when anxiety and self-doubt crept in Mary took a look at what she needed to find peace within her mind. It's the celebration of movement and wellness that has motivated her towards a career in teaching. Mary is 200HR RYT through The Yoga Alliance, a lover of the unknown and believes that a smile can change the world. 

Hannah Tolhurst

Utah’s newest addition, this 200 HR. RYT just moved from Telluride, Colorado. As a lover of mountains, yoga, and dogs, Hanna is stoked to be a part of our community at Enlighten Wellness. She has been teaching for about 2 years and practicing for 6. She fell in love with yoga immediately after her first class, which taught her how important it is to take care of your body; mentally and physically. Hanna specializes in Power Vinyasa, SUP Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage. You can expect her classes to have lots of breath work, strengthening poses, grounding, and killer assists. In her free time you can find her hiking with her new puppy Winslow, skiing the mountains, or hanging out at home with her plants.

Miranda Lyle

Miranda has been studying and practicing exercise for the past 12 years both professionally and recreationally. She got her degree in Exercise Science and moved to Park City shortly after college and has been loving life in the mountains for the past 8 years.  She thinks of fitness not only as a career but also a lifestyle and loves sharing her knowledge and expertise with every class she teaches.  Her exercise focus is on functional fitness and has found her passion through HIIT training and applies this style to every workout from Bootcamps to spin.  Her goal in each class is to create a fun and challenging environment to every class member and provide the best workout possible. What she loves most about fitness is being able to step out from your comfort zone to welcome a challenge and accept the hard earned reward to follow.  When she is not teaching you can find her exploring all the outdoors have to offer with her 4-legged best friend, Gracie.   

Ashley Loughran

Originally, from New Hampshire, Ashley brought her yoga practice to Utah in 2017. Inspired by the athletic lifestyle Park City had to offer, she obtained her 200HR RYT. Although having practiced yoga since she was a sophomore in high school, it was not until a tough period of her life during her professional career, she found coming to her mat to be an outlet for guidance. Through utilizing the different forms of yoga, from hot power to yin, Ashley believes yoga can offer the opportunity of connecting the mind and body, as a way to express and decompress. As a registered yoga teacher, she aims to help others discover ways to heal and strengthen, in a positive environment. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys being outside doing sports such as, skiing, fly-fishing, and hiking, as well as traveling the world.  

Jen Thorn

Jen is a Certified Master Teacher and Trainer  in The Lagree Method, Barre, Spin, Strength, Endurance, and Condition training. Jen comes to us by way of Jackson Hole and is a recent transplant to Park City where she currently lives with her husband Levi, and two young children.  

Growing up in Colorado, dance and movement were an integral part of everyday life for Jen; at age 2 she started skiing and at age 3 she began a 20-plus year dance career that continues today. When she wasn’t skiing, hiking, or biking, Jen was studying dance; everything from classical ballet to flamenco, and hip-hop to Jazz. Jen has studied with the Kirov Ballet, the Bolshoi Ballet, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, The Colorado Ballet, Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble and Orlando City Ballet, to name a few.  Jen attended Rollins College in Florida where she pursued a degree in International Relations and minored in Dance.  


Jen Flynn

Originally Jennifer is from Scottsdale, Arizona, and fell in love with Park City and transplanted the family in 2007. She is certified in hot Pilates and has passion for training clients of all levels , in core, back, and leg strengthening. Jennifer also has extension training and teaching in gymnastics, dance and cheerleading. She was also a professional NFL cheerleader for 6 years with the Arizona Cardinals. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, especially, winter sports, skiing and skate skiing. 

Meghan Higgins

 Meghan is an Exercise Physiologist from Connecticut who discovered Park City about a year ago and quickly made the move out here. She has taught different types of group exercise classes for five years, but is most passionate about cycling. She believes in sweating to feel empowered and accomplishing things you never thought you could. Her passion lies in training special populations and helping overcome mental and physical obstacles that may be preventing one form being the best version of themselves. Living with Type 1 Diabetes since she was 16 has taught her the importance of a healthy lifestyle as well as handling life’s curve balls with positivity and balance. She has completed multiple Rides to Cure for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund and will be biking cross country in the summer of 2019 for Bike & Build to help with affordable housing projects across the country! Ride with purpose and sweat to feel good!

Emily Podschweit

Anusara Elements Yoga Teacher, Emily, dove into the practice of yoga after her final career ending knee injury in beach volleyball. Her mat became home to her in a dark time of confusion, grief, and fear of where her life was heading next. The practice of Anusara Yoga, her teachers, and community has continued to heal her definition of Self, and taught her compassion and respect for her physical body. Her goal is to pass down the lineage of alignment based yoga, guide her students to a deepened awareness of themselves, and most importantly...to HAVE FUN! In her spare time she loves getting lost in the abundance of Ayurvedic rituals, and exploring this beautiful world with her best friend.

Megan Narajowski

Growing up in Utah with all the beauty and accessibility of the Wasatch Mountains at her doorstep allowed Megan to develop a true love for nature, the outdoors and the wonder of exploration.  After living the corporate life working with several start up companies in both Park City and the Bay Area Megan was fortunate to have the opportunity to shift gears, focus on her real passion & study to become a certified yoga instructor in 2016. Stepping out of her comfort zone and going to a little island off the coast of Nicaragua for a month to study the philosophy of Pattabhi Jois and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. It was an incredible, intense and mind opening experience that was challenging physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The trappings of a material life were removed and Megan was allowed to explore what was ultimately important to maintain in her life and what she was able to let go.  All of which she brings to the mat in her teaching practice.

Janet Ivers

While being a member of the U.S. National Skeleton team in 1999 training  in Lake Placid New York Janet participated in her first yoga class.  Immediately realizing the cross training benefits and peace of mind that came with her yoga practice she knew she would be practicing forever. After the 2002 Winter Olympics, Janet spent 9 weeks certifying in Los Angeles as a Bikram instructor & has been teaching for 15 years. She also graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, loves her life in Park City, & when she's not practicing or teaching Yoga she's hiking with her dog children, snowshoeing, skiing, biking and golfing.
Janet has experienced profound physical,  mental and emotional benefits from her yoga practice and loves sharing what she has learned with her students.

Lauren Lockey

A yoga teacher for 20 years, Lauren brings body awareness, mindfulness and compassion to all the classes she leads. The more we bring these key elements into our yoga or fitness practice, the more we can incorporate them into our every day lives. Lauren integrates her yoga training with the fundamentals of Foundation Training which is designed to restore natural movement patterns through simple exercises involving decompression breathing and proper alignment. Lauren’s passion to help animals drives her to keep building a compassionate community which is what lead her to yoga in the first place. When she is not teaching, she is taking care of 21 rescued farm animals at her non profit sanctuary called Sage Mountain.

Kristin Lucido

Kristin Lucido is a Utah State licensed Acupuncturist and NCCAOM certified Chinese Medical Practitioner. She combines an eastern approach with a strong spiritual background to treat her patients. She utilizes many modalities including Acupuncture (Chinese and Japanese style needling), Chinese Herbal Medicine, Cupping, Moxibustion, Tui Na Massage, Nutrition, Meditation, and Health Coaching. Kristin has nearly 20 years experience treating most health conditions, and her specialties include pain management and resolution, digestive issues, women’s health, and psycho-emotional disorders.



Christy Carter

Christy Carter has in depth experience working with individuals, families, and organizations to accept, adapt, or create needed changes. She is known for her keen intuitive ability to quickly pinpoint core issues and identify solid solutions. Christy has an understanding, compassionate and lighthearted way with her coaching, teaching and healing work. She has worked in the personal development and human relations field for over 25 years as a Certified NLP Life Coach, Master Rapid Eye Therapy Technician, Reiki Master, and Court Certified Domestic Mediator. Her formal education is in Psychology and Communications. She enjoys working in multiple arenas, resolving difficult issues and lightening the journey of life. 

Lindsay Witz

Lindsay fell in love with yoga after backpacking through Alaska in her teenage years. She found peace and clarity on the trail and upon arriving home craved those same feelings in everyday life.  When she tried yoga she was so excited to feel stillness once again. Lindsay continues to deepen her yoga & meditation practice ever since, from 10 day silent meditation retreats in India to yoga retreats in Guatemala.  With over 10 years of practice, Lindsay received her 200 hour  from the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California & is a certified Yoga Kids teacher as well as a Licensed massage therapist specializing in deep tissue and Thai massage. Lindsay recently has fallen in love with helping people slow down in such a fast paced world. Expect to get an amazing full body stretch and feel deeply relaxed and reconnected after Lindsay's Yin Yoga class!
