This sequence was created by Sumit Bajerjee drawing on his own years of practice, and incorporating various yoga styles including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Bikram. This sequence integrates fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body breath and movement. This class is hot and sweaty! Room is heated to 104-106 degrees with humidity.

A hot power flow yoga class combines the intensity of power vinyasa yoga with the heat of Hot Flow, offering advanced options and creating a dynamic and invigorating experience. The class typically begins with a brief concentrated breathing exercise to center the mind and set intentions. Participants then flow through a series of challenging poses, connected with optional vinyasa flow sequences. Moving through these postures will emphasize building strength, flexibility, and balance while maintaining concentrated breathing. The heated room helps to deepen stretches and promote detoxification through sweat. Mat towels and water is highly recommended.
Slow Flow encourages you to slow down, unwind and relax by combining gentle movement, breath work and restorative postures. The room is slightly heated to 85 degrees to foster a deep opening and to help students find more depth, space and relaxation. Open to all ages and levels.
